Lullaby Earth was founded in Portland, Oregon with a clear mission: build the safest crib mattress possible and make it in America. The company pioneered the use of plant-based foams and food-grade polyethylene waterproof covers in crib mattress construction — where conventional mattresses use petrochemical foams treated with chemical fire retardants, Lullaby Earth uses bio-based foams that meet fire safety standards without chemical additives.

Lullaby Earth mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold certified, the most stringent chemical emissions standard for products used in environments with children, testing for over 10,000 chemicals and volatile organic compounds.

All Lullaby Earth mattresses are manufactured in Portland, Oregon. The plant-based foam cores are produced domestically, and the food-grade waterproof covers are sewn and assembled at the Oregon facility.

The Breathe Safe mattress line features a dual-sided design: a firmer newborn side and a softer toddler side. The waterproof cover wipes clean and is free of vinyl, PVC, phthalates, and BPA.
